Roller-skating is a safe, healthy sport when safe skating guidelines are followed. One of the most important things to remember is to always skate safely, and these guidelines can be helpful:

1. By using an electronic locker at BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE (the "e-locker"), an user of the e-locker (the deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

   1. The User shall use the e-locker in accordance with the directions posted on the e-locker.

   2 The e-locker can be used during the period from 10:00 am to 22:00 p.m. every day.

   3. A limited number of e-lockers will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. No e-locker reservation service will be provided.
   4. The User cannot sublet the e-locker to any other party.
   5. In any circumstances, the e-locker shall not be used for

   (1) Storing flammable, dangerous, offensive or corrosive item(s) (eg: explosives, firearms, ammunition or other similar types of items):

   (2) storing unlawful item(s) or any items for any illegal purposes; or

   (3) storing any item(s) that is/are not suitable for storing in the e-locker.

   6. If BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE ("BUN'S 2020 ") suspects that the User has violated clause 5 of these terms and conditions or other situations which BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE considers necessary, BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE is entitled to, without any prior notice or refund

   (1) open the e-locker used by such User for inspection, and/or

   (2) terminate the e-locker service to such User immediately, and/or

   (3) not allow the Users to open the e-locker.

   BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE shall not be liable for any loss of or damage in connection there to,

   7. The User can only open the e-locker ance during the rental time. The User shall remove all the item(s) in the e-locker before expiration of rental time. The User shall not leave any item(s) in or nearby the e-locker,
   8. The User shall inform BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE forthwith if he or she forgets the password of the e-locker. The User shall present his or her valid identification document (e.g.: HKID Card or travel document), provide details of the item(s) stored in the e-locker and pay an administration fee of HK$150 to BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE staff for registration. After registration, BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE staff will open the e-locker, and after satisfactory verification, the User may pick up the item(s). The personal data collected thereunder will be used for providing this service.
   9. The User shall open and remove all the item(s) in the e-locker before expiration of the rental time The User shall not be able to open the e-locker after expiration of the rental time.

   (1) If the User wishes to open the e-locker on the same day after expiration of rental time, he or she must pay extra fee for using the e-locker before he or she can open the e-locker and pick up the item(s) therein.

   (2) If the User wishes to open the e-locker on the following day after expiration of rental time, he or she must pay an administration fee of $200 to BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE before he or she can open the e-locker and pick up the item(s) therein.

   10. If the User fails to pick up the item(s) in the e-locker within two days after expiration of the rental time the User will be deemed to have abandoned such item(s), BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE is entitled to dispose of such item(s) in whatsoever manners without any compensation to the User.
   11. When using the e-locker, the User shall follow instructions of BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE staff and strictly observe all terms and conditions of use of the e-locker. BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE, and its staff and its service providers (collectively. the abovementioned persons) shall not be liable for any claims, requests. litigations, legal actions or responsibilities arising from any damage to the property or injury to any person caused by the User's improper or unreasonable use of the e-locker. The User shall fully indemnity the abovementioned persons against all loss caused by any claims, requests, litigations, legal actions or responsibilities against the

   abovementioned persons by any third party due to any improper or unreasonable use of e-locker by the User.

   12. BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the property of any third party caused by the negligence, act, default or omission of the abovementioned persons, or due to the condition of the e-locker, or by any other third party's acts or things (whether arising under any legislations or common law)
   13. BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE has the right to suspend or terminate the e-locker service at any time without any prior notice.
   14. BUN'S 2020 ROLLERS SKATE has the right to amend any terms and conditions herein at any time without any prior notice
   15. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail

   6.若賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場的員工懷疑用戶違反了這些條款和條件的第5條或賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場認為有必要的其他情況，賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場有權要求，恕不另行通知或退款, 賓仕2020有權:

   (1) 開啟使用者的電子貯物箱進行檢查，及/或

   (2) 停止租借該電子貯物箱子該使用者，及/或

   (3) 阻止使用者開啟電子的物箱。

   因此而引致的損失或破壞，賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場 恕不承擔任何責任

   7. 使用者只可在租用期內打開電子貯物箱一次,租用期限結束前,使用者必須取出所有其存放於該電子貯物箱內的物品,使用者不得在電子貯物箱內及周圍遺漏任何物品。
   8. 若使用者忘記電子貯物箱密碼，使用者應即時通知賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場內員工，使用者必須出示其有效身份證明文件（香港身份證或旅遊證明檔）提供其存放在該電子貯物箱內的物品的資料並向賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場 繳交行政費港幣150元，以作登記，登記完成後，賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場內員工將開啟該電子貯物箱，在核對無誤後，使用者方可提取物品，因此收集 所得的個人資料將用於提供此項服務之用。
   9. 使用者必須在租用期限結束前打開電子貯物箱並取回其存放的物品，在租用期限結束後，使用者將無法再次開啟該電子貯物箱。

   (1) 若使用者於租用期限結束當天希望打開電子貯物箱，使用者必須投入超時租用費用，方可打開電子貯物箱並取回其存放的物品。

   (2) 若使用者於租用期限結束翌日希望打開電子貯物箱，使用者必須前往客戶服務中心繳交行政 幣200 元，方可打開電子貯物箱並取回其存放的物品。

   10 如使用者在租用期限結束後兩天內仍未取回其存放於該電子貯物箱的物品，使用者將被視為棄置該等物品，賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場 有權以任何方式處理該等物品，而毋須作出任何賠償予使用者。

   11. 使用者在租用電子貯物箱時，必須遵從賓仕2020工作人員的指引,並嚴格遵守所有關使用電子貯物箱之條款及細則，對於因使用者不當或不合理地使用電子貯物箱而造成任何財物損毀或人命傷亡，賓仕2020及其僱員及外判服務商（統稱“上述人士"）概不承擔因此而引致的任何索償、要求、訴訟，其他法律行動或責任，如任何第三方因使用者不當或不合理地使用電子貯物箱而向上述人士提出索償、要求、訴訟,其他法律行動或追究責任，使用者須賠償上述人士之全部損失。
   12. 對於因上述人士的疏忽，不盡責、行為,或因電子貯物箱的狀況，或因第三者的行為或物件而引致使用者的財物損失或破壞，賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場恕不承擔任何責任（不論是否由普通法或有關法規引起)。
   13. 賓仕2020滾軸溜冰場有權隨時終止或暫停電子貯物箱租借服務,而毋須另行通知。
